A member of the Royal Society of Arts, Dr Th茅rin holds a Doctorate in Business Administration jointly awarded by Newcastle University and , with a specialisation in learning and innovation within technology-based SMEs.
An author and editor of several books on techno-entrepreneurship, he is widely recognised for his expertise in strategic management, technological innovation and the internationalisation of higher education institutions. He regularly contributes to academic journals and international conferences around the world.
