Bachelor of Science and Arts in Business

Overview

Accessible

The Bachelor of Science and Arts in Business (BScA B) is a 3-year, post-secondary programme taught entirely in English on Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ’s Paris and Berlin campuses.
Unlike a conventional business degree, it builds management fundamentals on a foundation of philosophy, arts and science — training professionals who know how to question, connect and act in the face of situations that don’t yet have a playbook, rather than simply applying methods that already exist.

Why choose the Bachelor of Science and Arts in Business?

Choosing a business school Bachelor’s is one choice among many. Choosing the BScA B means choosing a programme built differently: a foundation in philosophy, arts and science comes first, feeding into management fundamentals through real-scale simulations from the very first semester.

Why does the BScA B start with philosophy, arts and science?

Before tackling finance, marketing or strategy, BScA B students take courses in business history, philosophy of management, scientific reasoning and psychology. This approach is designed to build the ability to step back and question, rather than just technical proficiency.

What is an ATMx Lab?

Every semester of the BScA B includes one or more ATMx Labs: real-scale simulations run in small groups, where students apply what they’ve just learned to concrete situations. The intensity of these simulations increases throughout the programme, culminating in a 48-hour crisis management simulation in the final year.

Is the BScA B a full-time programme?

The BScA B is a full-time programme across all three years, with no work-study (apprenticeship) option. This is a deliberate pedagogical choice: the ATMx Labs and the mandatory campus switch in Year 2 require students’ full availability throughout the programme.

Do all BScA B students study abroad?

Unlike an optional academic exchange, international mobility is built into the BScA B by design: 100% of students experience both the Paris and Berlin campuses during their second year, with no separate exchange application required.

What does one-to-one support look like at the BScA B?

From Year 1, every BScA B student is paired with a personal tutor and their own AI companion, designed as a tool for exploring their own path — the tutor always remains the human guarantor of this relationship.
